Beef stroganoff and cranberry spritzer. 

Also hips and guacamole 

Lunch

Beef and mushroom stir fry (already ate about half) and diet lemonade soda. 

Snack

Mixed nuts and diety dew with OJ. 

Breakfast

Stir fried cabbage, mushrooms and field roast w/ tomato paste.

Lunch

Regular (big) Quiznos sandwich, cookie, chips and diet pop

Snack

Mixed nuts and chocolate. 

Still hungry

Half bagel with pastrami and cream cheese. Diet mt dew and OJ. 

Snack

Half bagel with turkey and cream cheese. 

Breakfast

Tofu, cabbage, mushroom and spinach stir fry. With tomato paste. 

Dinner

While grain pasta with chicken and spinach in butter nut squash sauce. Two helpings. Cranberry spritzer. Bread with peanut butter and honey for dessert. 

Lunch

Half pastrami and cream cheese, half turkey an cream cheese bagels.
